Which pricing plan is right for me?

We understand that each organisation is unique and will have their own specific needs and this will often depend on the number of employees. Our pricing plans are set to ensure that on the basic package you have everything you need with easy access online and should you require further support you can always upgrade to the next package which provide more benefits.

How long is the contract?

The contract is only for 12 months with a 3-month notice period and like most of our clients after the 12 months the membership renews automatically until it is cancelled.

Can I change my membership package?

Yes, often our clients start on the basic membership package and increase to either the Direct or Platinum membership package for the additional support and advice. You change your plan at any time.

What is the difference between Direct HR membership and Platinum HR membership?

The Platinum HR membership provide the additional discount for direct attendance at your business premisses as well and the additional employment tribunal support, which consists of assessment of any possible claims against the business and discounted fees for legal representation.

Can Hair & Beauty HR support in my legal dispute?

Absolutely, we use our sister company Premier Advocates for all Employment Tribunal proceedings and they specialise in tribunal claims. We offer tribunal support with the Platinum membership package – see benefits for more details.

How many times can I use the advice lines?

When should you outsource HR?

Ideally, he best time to outsource your HR is before you employ your first employee – Essential HR would enable you to have all the documentation in place in particularly the contract of employment and their terms and condition. They will ensure your documents are legally compliant and protect business interests.

Also, when any tricky staff issues arise. As you would expect, it’s much easier to manage staffing issues when you are proactive rather than reactive.

Realistically, we understand many organisations look to outsource their HR when there is a people problem that needs to be resolved (such as a grievance, redundancy, or performance management issue). That is fine. The Hair & Beauty HR are happy to help whenever a problem arises.
