The contract is only for 12 months with a 3-month notice period and like most of our clients after the 12 months the membership renews automatically until it is cancelled.
Yes, often our clients start on the basic membership package and increase to either the Direct or Platinum membership package for the additional support and advice. You change your plan at any time.
The Platinum HR membership provide the additional discount for direct attendance at your business premisses as well and the additional employment tribunal support, which consists of assessment of any possible claims against the business and discounted fees for legal representation.
